Great job on educating me! I just cold-called Bramgate VW one day to inquire about the new VW Atlas as I was in the market for a new 7-seater vehicle. I read about the Atlas on I just cold-called Bramgate VW one day to inquire about the new VW Atlas as I was in the market for a new 7-seater vehicle. I read about the Atlas online so I called the dealership and was directed to Chris Vander Wel. Chris did an excellent job on educating me about the vehicle, and gave me all the information that he was aware of. Because the vehicle was brand new and not yet in the showroom, he kept providing me with whatever news he had. I was particularly interested in the vehicle's mileage (particularly in the 2.0T trim) and he continued to convey whatever information he had (or in many cases didn't have - simply because the information was not yet available). I didn't end up buying the Atlas only because the delay in its arrival went past my intended timeframe. But if I were to look at another VW again, I'm going to contact Bramgate VW and speak with Chris directly More

I wanted a red one, and visited the dealership many times to inquire. Finally, one Saturday I walked in and inquired again. I spoke with Jiri Kazda, who informed me that it was my lucky day, and that one just arrived on the lot. So we went out to take a look, it just arrived, and still had tape all over it. So I thought about it for a few hours and came back Jiri was with a client, so I spoke with the Manager, Hugh Payne who was exceptional ! I wanted to see it with tape off, and of course a test drive. They had my beetle untaped and ready for a test drive immediately while I waited. Wow !! with service like that, I bought my beetle that day!!!! Ricky Kurl, thanks to his expertise I got the perfect wheels that suit my beetle, he was certainly a great help with the extras I wanted.
