Professional and fun to deal with! I called up out of the blue and was greated by Milos. I had a car in my sights and wanted to buy it almost no matter what! Since I was coming down f I called up out of the blue and was greated by Milos. I had a car in my sights and wanted to buy it almost no matter what! Since I was coming down from Ottawa area, I wanted to make sure the vehicle would be ready for pickup that day. Milos was quick to the gun and informed me that they could make it happen. So I jumped in the car and darted down the 401 for the 4 hour drive! The entire transaction was smooth, from test driving, to driving it home that day, everything went perfect! He took me for a test drive and worked really well with the budget I had in mind. He was not the typical pushy used car salesman by any means and I really enjoyed the entire experience. The used car manager, also named chris, was great as well and everyone was so willing to work around my budget that i didn't feel pressured at any time. I also had a wonderful experience with Joanne who was able to give me tons of tips about owning my first convertible and even gave me an extra hair tie when I went in to pick up the vehicle! I hope to keep this car for many years but when it comes time for a new one I will definitely be going back to bramgate vw! More
