Having to leave car for transmission replacement After leaving my car for 3 days it was decided my transmission had to be replaced. Which is scary on its own with only having it just over 2 years. It was really nice that I was set up with a car same day that I dropped off the car but had to wait till my hubby got home to go get it. They kept me informed with what is going on with my car which I am thankful. I still haven't received a print out of what was done with my car and received it back filthy. I had a car wash just the day before dropping it off. So was disappointed that I got it back the way I did, but didn't want to put up a fuss. With asking about my experience I thought it would be the best time to express what happened. All and all the staff was very kind very informative. Still will go back. More
