Best in the business costumer service I was involved in a motor vehicle collision and found myself having to buy a new car rather quickly as I need transportation for my employment. I researched different jeeps in the area that were for sale. I have always loved the jeep Cherokee and when I saw the Jeep Cherokee sport Altitue I knew I had to have it. As luck would have it I found this vehicle on Sunday when they were closed so I wait until Monday morning. When I called I had the pleasure of speaking with Dan Luton and he informed me that vehicle had been sold on saturday. I was crushed. I told him if you find me one just like it same pacakage same colour I'll be there tonight with cash in hand to buy it. He made no promises but said he'd see what he can find. I phoned 12 other dealerships from Barrie to Windsor and no one had that jeep left. I was devestated. Dan phoned back an hour later saying he found one in Saskatchewan and officiously that was to far. I told him my offer still stands if you come up with one. To my surprise he called me back with great news he had the owner of at king call around to the other dealerships to see if anyone had one which was not listed in the database of inventory. His efforts prevailed he found me one. I've never had someone work so hard to find me what I want. He was very professional and never did he make me feel pressured in adding the extras like tires, under spray for rust or the paint coat they add on new vehicles. I will be purchasing all my vehicles from bay king from now on and I've sent all my family and friends there when they're interested in a new car. I would 100% suggest you go in and let them help you with your next vehicle purchase. More

The time it took to change out my tires seemed a bit long considering they are on rims but it wasn't rediculous. The only negative was my key lug nut was not returned by the mechanic, luckily I noticed the empty package on the floor in front of the glove box before I left the dealership. The service guy retrieved it for me and apologized immensely. This would not be enough to keep me from returning or recommending because all else was above average for sure. More

Janelle Hunter is someone I was familiar with through facebook only but after our initial conversation Karen and I were immediately comfortable with her approach to selling. Dealing with her and Scott McQuillen on the value of our trade in was painless and we felt the vlaue was fair. Jocelyn in the business office was also great to deal with as was the young lady on the front counter when i came in to deliver some paperwork. I will recomment this team of professionals to all of t=my friends and clients. More

New Building is amazing and very relaxed atmoshere. 2 disappointments are that it is a bad feeling the first stop after buying a new vehicle needs to be a gas station and unfortunately they stopped giving a complementary first oil change, but those things will not stop me from returning for my next purchase.
