There must be youthful exuberance maturity, fashionable dress and not only WIFI but big screen TV's, streaming news, today's paper and "Who's next on the customer board". There must be history and in the case of cars, linkage to locomotives, local history and historical significance. Personnel must individualize their attention, be respectful and considerate, prompt, knowing and understanding customer's needs. Has the auto technician performing the service actually been trained in the specific manufacturing facility relevant to the work order? And oh that coffee machine, freshly ground? Am I a repeat customer at Bay King Chrysler? You bet I am. More
