She had previously went to the dealership to get an idea of what she wanted to get. Landon from Bay King had helped her find a Jeep Renegade. When we went back to test drive the Renegade, Landon was very helpful when it came to details about the car. He was also very honest in the fact that he was new in car sales and wasn't sure about some details, which I appreciated. After sitting down with Landon, we ended up financing the Renegade only to find out it was his first sale. If you are looking to buy a vehicle, I would totally recommend going to Bay King and ask for Landon. His honesty and knowledge make the purchase process very comfortable and easy. Disappointed I had secured a purchase of a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan (30th Anniversary Edition) with Bay King in November 2017. I had spoken to a few people through I had secured a purchase of a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan (30th Anniversary Edition) with Bay King in November 2017. I had spoken to a few people throughout the process on the phone to ask questions about the vehicle, and was assured it would have satellite radio and blutooth capabilities. The day before I arrived (a 4 hour commute from Hamilton) I received a call saying that they had just done a once over and that the hood would need replaced as it was rusted. They wouldn't have time, but my local dealership could do it under warranty. I was also told that it didn't actually have satellite radio, but that the sales rep would provide me one free of charge. When I arrived, the vehicle looked great! She handed me an old Sirius Satellite radio in a battered box to make up for the lack of satellite radio. I had previously asked the dealership to install, and she said 'She wouldn't know how to do that". I replied, "I meant the dealership" to which I got no response. Essentially it was her personal radio that she provided that wouldn't sell for $50 online. I said goodbye to the sales rep and tried to set up my blutooth and realized it had no blutooth capabilities. I called her back and she said that that model doesn't have blutooth and that it could not be installed. Since purchasing the vehicle, I've had to purchase brand new tires (4) as the ones on the van wouldn't hold air. I've had it into my local dealership to repair wiring/mechanical issues (the windows don't open all of the way, the radio doesn't turn off once I've turned off/locked the vehicle, weather stripping was ripped off and doors aren't aligned properly). I asked the dealership numerous times to let us take the vehicle to our local dealership for the non-warranty issues instead of driving 4 hours each way to Hamilton and they refused. They wouldn't even offer us a rental car while they were diagnosing/repairing the vehicle. Recently, they've stopped returning our calls. We've spoken to managers about our disappointment and their response was, "Yeah that's disappointing when you didn't get what you thought you were getting". There have been no offers of compensation and when we asked to return the vehicle we got no reply. More

I didn't have an appointment but Krystal Campbell came out and was great. She was very knowledgeable about the truck and was upfront with the cost. With her knowledge I purchased the 2018 Ram 1500 Longhorn. The sale process was smooth and the options that I wanted were added to the truck and it was ready for pickup only 3 days later. I even came early to pick it up and again the staff was ready for me and completed the sale amd trad in without any hiccups. More

Service Team efforts above aand beyond Over the past few weeks, I noticed an intermittent vibration in my truck. During my service appt, they said they were unable to duplicate the noise. Service Manager (Syd) was willing to go for a drive with me to see if I could duplicate it. While I was unable to with him in the truck, I was able to record it the next day and let him hear the recording. In the end, they were able to locaye the issue and fix the problem. In the mean time, the service advisors I was dealing with (Pat and Aleka) were curteous and accommodating. The Service Manager (Gary) even ensured that I wasn't inconvenienced and made sure I had everything I needed. Although I didn't buy my truck at this dealer, I always go to this dealer for service. More

Service appointment Overall I was happy with the experience. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner, I had a recall that needed to be dealt with but I also Overall I was happy with the experience. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner, I had a recall that needed to be dealt with but I also wanted them to take a look at why my engine light was on. I dropped my car off in the morning and got a phone call around 4:30 that the car was ready, when my husband and I picked it up they had told us that the engine light was cleared and that the error message was an old code that just needed to be cleared but when we went to start the car there was still a warning message and when we questioned this, one of the service guys said that he had noticed that. We didn't understand why it wouldn't have been addressed if he had noticed it!!?? We weren't able to leave the car at that time and made another appointment to bring it in the next morning. l couldn't make that appointment and had to cancel but the warning did end up clearing itself and I don't seem to be experiencing any problems now but I am still confused as to why this wasn't brought to our attention when we were told the car was ready. More

I was told just to come in and drop it off the following day. I arrived and found that Aleka appeared highly organized and efficient. I was given a shuttle ride home in less than 10 minutes. My vehicle was ready the next day. I arrived via shuttle (again very timely and efficient service), told Aleka why I was there. I was a little worried as this was a brand new vehicle. She handed me the service report with my keys and said nothing and moved on to her next task. Not even so much as 'Have a good day'. I half expected a brief synopsis of what service was done and some reassurance. When I asked, she said "Oh, I have no idea". It was a standard of customer service that was a little lacking than that of the other Jeep dealership I had previously dealt with. Meh, maybe it was just an off day. More
