Quality workmanship lacking customer service The repair to my vehicle was completed and parts ordered that weren't available for a second repair. The repair took longer than initially stated. When I called 2 hours after the repair was supposed to be completed I was treated like I was an annoyance. An hour after that I was called to say that my car was ready for pick up and was immediately hung up on. I had asked for the shuttle service but it was not provided. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was treated politely until they saw which vehicle at which time all politeness ended. I get that everyone has a bad day and sometimes repairs take longer than planned. I shouldn't be treated as a pain in the rear end because I call to find out what's going on. If anything you should be calling me to tell me there's a delay. More

Didn’t get what I paid for Paid $50 for a break check because I heard the make a noise. Tech said no noise was heard. Great Service & Quality of Vehicles I purchased my Dodge Journey with them a few years ago and had no issues with the vehicle and they always didn’t did a great job servicing my vehicle. I purchased my Dodge Journey with them a few years ago and had no issues with the vehicle and they always didn’t did a great job servicing my vehicle. I would recommend going in to see James. I now own a Dodge Dakota and still bring it to them for servicing. I don’t trust too many mechanics as they always want to rip you off. I have compared pricing with other mechanics and everything is very similar. Customer service was great with Aleka. As long as the pricing and quality of service stay safe the same i will always bring my vehicle in. More
