Service appointment Overall I was happy with the experience. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner, I had a recall that needed to be dealt with but I also Overall I was happy with the experience. I dropped my car off in the morning and got a phone call around 4:30 that the car was ready, when my husband and I picked it up they had told us that the engine light was cleared and that the error message was an old code that just needed to be cleared but when we went to start the car there was still a warning message and when we questioned this, one of the service guys said that he had noticed that. We didn't understand why it wouldn't have been addressed if he had noticed it!!?? We weren't able to leave the car at that time and made another appointment to bring it in the next morning. l couldn't make that appointment and had to cancel but the warning did end up clearing itself and I don't seem to be experiencing any problems now but I am still confused as to why this wasn't brought to our attention when we were told the car was ready. More

I was told just to come in and drop it off the following day. I arrived and found that Aleka appeared highly organized and efficient. I was given a shuttle ride home in less than 10 minutes. My vehicle was ready the next day. I arrived via shuttle (again very timely and efficient service), told Aleka why I was there. I was a little worried as this was a brand new vehicle. She handed me the service report with my keys and said nothing and moved on to her next task. Not even so much as 'Have a good day'. I half expected a brief synopsis of what service was done and some reassurance. When I asked, she said "Oh, I have no idea". It was a standard of customer service that was a little lacking than that of the other Jeep dealership I had previously dealt with. Meh, maybe it was just an off day. More

Went back to Bay king to purchase my newer vehicule - 2018 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk which Peter and Krystal Helped me out through the process on the phone again.
