I was also 100% sure I was going to purchase a car that day, as I had been searching on Barrie Subaru's website for lease rates. Paul made it very easy and clear about all of my options and was extremely pleasant and helpful. I as impressed by everyone in the dealership. It was a very efficient experience. This was my first new car buying experience and I enjoyed it. I am loving the WRX I have purchased and I have been telling friends, family, and customers who ask about it at my Beer Store. Telling them all about my experience at Barrie Subaru, as well as the awesome experience driving the car. I am recommending Subaru to everyone it seems. I had asked them if I could wait several months before actually taking the car because i was trying to save for a wedding at the same time and they more than happy to postpone my delivery date. And of course when i was ready to pick it up they had it ready in no time flat. I would highly recommend barrie Subaru and i would highly recommend Subaru in general, amazing vehicles. More

No communication, no professionalism. Had called in to inquire about a used vehicle that was posted online for sale. The sales representative notified me that the vehicle was being certifi Had called in to inquire about a used vehicle that was posted online for sale. The sales representative notified me that the vehicle was being certified and E-tested and that the price would be re-evaluated once completed. She recommended that I wait for her call so that I would be informed of the new certified price before making a deposit. Didn't receive a call for 3 days. Decided to call back to check on the status of the certification, and other sales rep informed me that the vehicle was already sold. For a dealership that has such strong customer feedback, I would have expected the bare minimum of a phone call to inform me that it had been sold. Very disappointed. More

My partner and I met with Paul Santaera who was very courteous and helpful in answering any questions we had about the Outback. He was also able to run numbers on the car we were interested in to show us different financing options. He was never pushy in trying to close the deal. As we were still researching different makes and models, we made no commitments. Paul kept in touch and once we were ready to get down to business, arranged for us to test drive a similar model to the one we were interested in leasing. The overall experience was great, staff were friendly and helpful and the sales mgr/general manager (Rick) was open to pricing and extras we were wanting to negotiate. The Outback was delivered in the stated time-frame - and we are enjoying our Outback. More

We met with Michelle Payne, Janna Larkin and Michael Hiltz. All cordial, pleasant, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. Michelle however was exceptional. Her sincere welcoming and friendly approach uniquely combined with thorough knowledge and professionalism sold us the vehicle. We cannot comment on the service department simply because we have had no need for service to date, however, we expect them to uphold the high standards of practice as set by Michelle and her colleagues. our third Subaru Service was good. We were rather disappointed that we were charged over a hundred dollars to tell us that our Legacy was not worth repairing although Service was good. We were rather disappointed that we were charged over a hundred dollars to tell us that our Legacy was not worth repairing although we did use it as our trade in for our new Outback. It was a minor matter, but it was our third car purchased at this dealership and we did spend a lot of money. More
Poor Experience Went into Barrie Subaru to look at a used car that I believed to be certified and E-tested. When I first walked into the dealer I had to go search for a sales person as the receptionist was missing and the lot attendant was glued to his phone. Eventually after finding someone I went and looked at the car and it was clear he knew very little about it. I proceeded to take the vehicle for a test drive and it had several issues that a car that was certified should not have, and upon returning learned the vehicle had indeed not been certified and they said the car would not be looked at until after purchase. Overall, poor customer service, lack of knowledge on the car, and my business will go elsewhere. More
