I came to ask questions only about the KIA vehicles and identified that I would not be buying a vehicle that day. He was not concerned about a sale but only about providing me with information to make a decision. Generally, when sales people find out your intentions they do not stay, but leave very quickly. Ford genuinely was happy to stay with me and discuss my concerns. In the end, I did not choose a KIA but he will definitely be recommended to other people I know. His efforts are commendable. More

However, I just purchased a 2016 Kia Sportage Ex here on August 14, 2015 and Ford Stickle was my salesperson. Ford was a delight to deal with, so down to earth and we shared many a laugh together as I test drove the Sportage with different levels of upgrades and model years. Ford made the time pass so quickly, was very knowledgable and made me forget my "nerves". A friend had recommended him to me because of her experience and she didn't steer me wrong. Visit here and ask for Ford if you want to try out a Kia. You won't be disappointed!!!!! He was able to answer all our questions and was particularly knowledgeable when it came to accessibility issues. (I have problems getting in and out of a lot of vehicles because my knee does not bend properly) Most importantly, he was patient and took the time to make sure we were happy with all decisions we made based on his advice and direction. In the end, we purchased our KIA Rio from another dealer but our selection was based on the great work Ford did with us. More

Ford has a great sense of humor, which made it a much more positive experience. Ford was not pushy at all and was really great at figuring out what I wanted in a car and what he could offer me based on that, rather than trying to upsell me things I didn't want. He was very patient and wasn't trying to rush me. Those traits were definitely appreciated after encountering other sales people at different dealerships who harass you the second you get on the lot and are trying to sell you stuff you don't want. Even after I have purchased my car he has contacted me to make sure everything is going well and I still love my car. Despite him saying he is relatively new to the industry, he was very knowledgable and did a great job answering any questions I had. I would reccomend going to visit Ford if you are interested in buying a Kia! He went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable! More
