Ford was fantastic and patient and not at all pushy unlike many other dealers we had encountered. He involved the whole family which was great when your toting around little ones with short attention spans and even shorter sitting spans. Ford went out of his way to educate us about our purchase both before and after the sale, and made us assured we made a safe and fashionable decision. The salesman had no time for me and made it very clear that my sale was not substantial enough to warrant his time, therefore, I will NEVER go back to that dealership as no one likes to feel like their hard earned dollars aren't appreciated. I ended up at BayCity Kia and I'm so happy I did it! No matter how small my budget is, Ford Stickle has spent ample time with me trying to find the best car that best fits my budget, he is down to earth and forthright and....get this.....he actually LISTENS to your needs. After calling me and indicating what that dealership had to offer I told him to go see Ford and see what he had to offer. Ford's no pressure sales attitude was a pleasure and any questions we had were answered quickly, even if he had to search out the answer. We believe that given the opportunity Ford will be a great asset for Bay City Kia!
