But the #1 reason was my sales advisor Ford. He wasn't your typical pushy, manipulative smooth talking sales person, He listened to my needs answered all my questions and worked really hard to get me an amazing and affordable monthly payment. I felt he genuinely cared because he remembered me after 4 months of car shopping. His sense of humor was awesome too. I have had a very poor experience with the service center and will now take my vehicle to another dealership for service. He was very informative and when it finally came down to picking up our new 2016 Sorento he was more than happy to show us how things operated and even helped us set our settings. Nice to see that he was so excited for us. Honestly excited, you could feel it. There was never one moment where we felt he was doing this strictly for the sale.
