It's understandable that being without your vehicle for two days due to a warranty claim was inconvenient and frustrating. Major services can be time-consuming. It's reassuring that the team put in a significant effort to expedite the process and get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. While it might be true that dealership services may sometimes be more expensive than some independent repair shops, it often comes with the advantage of specialized knowledge, expensive tooling, and extensive technical training, and access to genuine parts.
