Kind of makes you want to go back and pick up a new car on a regular basis! The car was so clean and shiny etc. when I first saw it my heart skipped a beat! I purchased 2 cars here in the past 2 years. I found the people friendly and curious. I had some bad experiences with the rear wheels of the first car I purchased (Z4) in the USA. The American Dealership (BMW of Idaho Falls) did not provide service to me since I was Canadian other then order a new wheel and take the cracked wheel back to Canada for warranty claim. Long story short ... I was compensated on the purchase of my last car here in Canada by Town and Country BMW for for the cost and expenses I had when I had to purchase a new wheel in Idaho Falls USA at BMW of Idaho Falls. Bottom line, don't let any BMW dealership in the USA tell you that your Canadian warranty is not valid. Thank you Town & Country BMW RDS More

This place is located in the "WOODS"...far up north from Toronto. Meanwhile the service department gave me free bulbs for my burnt-out turn signals although I was a customer of another dealership. Very good service, excellent "people skills". I recommend this dealership if you're looking for an overall prestigious treatment. More
