The overall purchase/deliver process is a positive experience. The first time we visit the dealership, we didn't make an appointment and we were only interested in test driving the model we were experience. The sale person (Michael Ye)spent a lot of time with us and was very helpful explaining the car. He was courteous and wasn't pushy at all. We went back for the second time to make an offer and Michael worked with us on the deal. It was pleasant to work with him on the deal. Even after the deal is closed, he is responsive in arranging the vehicle delivery with us to get us the deliver date we wanted. On pick up, Jennifer spent over an hour show us every major feature of our car. She is also very knowledgeable and explained things very clearly. More
