I arrived early but Terry was able to move my appointment up to accommodate me. I waited a few minutes in the comfortable waiting area and was offered a variety of beverages. Terry and Jenmy grabbed a screw driver and fixed the problem. I liked that. There was a last minute glitch in my payment - my fault - that Terry was able to quickly resolve for me.
