Purchased a 2020 BMW X3M Competition with 10,000 km on the odometer, along with extended BMW M warranty. The dealer did not provide the vehicle in working order or as requested. During the sales pro the odometer, along with extended BMW M warranty. The dealer did not provide the vehicle in working order or as requested. During the sales process, a request for the latest iStep software was made, the vehicle did not have the update applied when delivered, which required a lot of additional work with my local BMW service center. Additionally the vehicle did not have fully functioning interior ambient lighting. The sales rep did not want to take responsibility, even when shown that the listing photos displayed partial interior lighting working. Furthermore, the previous owners paper sales agreement and iDrive addresses where left in the vehicle, ZERO data privacy. The ambient lighting is not covered under the extended warranty, leaving me with a new to me BMW that has electrical problems right off the bat, no help from the selling dealer and no help from warranty.
