After explaining to James that we needed a family vehicle, good on gas, that could handle two children's car seats and a Mastiff in the trunk, he quickly narrowed the field. I ended up purchasing a Ford Escape that I just love! Sheldon Dergousoff was tremendously helpful with the financing, ensuring he found the best deal and terms. The whole place is professional and friendly and we were made to feel comfortable and under no pressure to proceed. Finance was arranged by Sheldon, who found us the best deal, within our budget! which was not easy as new immigrants, full of good advice and cheer. A good deal was also found in insurance with Aaron who explained everything so clearly. In less than 24hours, we had chosen a car with help from James and Dave, test driven it twice, financed it (Sheldon) and insured it (Aaron) and driven it to our new home. The van met all my expectations, as shown in the pictures. I was on this lot, and van purchased in less than two hours. This included them taking me to the bank for a bank draft, and having the van insured, and on the road. They washed the van after it was sold. They also offered to pick me up at the ferry, or drop off the van at the ferry, in order for me to get it home - after the sale was completed. The after sales marketing was very good. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again. More

I did not feel pressured or rushed throughout the whole experience. James did s great job of helping me shop with my mind rather than my eyes. I also had the great pleasure to work with Tim who was full of conversation and made my experience very memrable. My other favourite part about my day was the car service provided for me to finish up my quick errands before completing my purchase. The price that we negotiated was very fair given the condition and kms. I have bought a few used vehicles and always have them independently inspected. The mechanic said that the vehicle was basically in like new condition and it's a pleasant surprise for him to inspect a used car with no issues! The tires were brand new, I think the brakes also, and the vehicle was accident free. After I purchased the car, I noticed some issues cosmetically - Budget really didn't have to take care of any of these things - I'm sure they could have turned me away and said "too bad it's yours" but they absolutely didn't. Their on-site service department detailed the car to get rid of some scratches, replaced the floor mats with all weather floor mats. Through the process of loading and switching out the tires, there was also an issue with the rear cargo space - a part cracked when the seats were folded down. Budget took care of the problem immediately, no questions asked - again, all of this occurring after I had already made the purchase. They really went above and beyond to make me happy and make sure I went home with a really great car More
