Showed up to the dealer with 15 minutes notice after an afternoon of looking at other cars. They had the car I was interested warmed up and ready for me to test drive. They even told me to bring it back in so they could look at it, when I thought there was an issue with the car (turns out it was just me, not the car). Would deal with them again! I was also amazed at the dealership itself! Beautiful inside. As I had never heard of Auto Show, I was half expecting a decommissioned gas station type dealer... Boy was I wrong! And the fancy complimentary coffees!? Amazing! More

I have to say Joe and Mark went well above anything I expected. I had three cars for them to sell and had my guard up as I have not had the best experiences with car dealerships.
