I had the best experience at Audi London. Bora Sarouen was my sales rep, who prior to my purchase checked in on me to see if I needed anything with my Q5. He then offered me an upgrade to the Q7, which w was my sales rep, who prior to my purchase checked in on me to see if I needed anything with my Q5.
