From my initial meeting with Bora to my later conversations with Faye, I walked away the proud new owner of a vehicle while feeling like I wa London! Bora took the time to walk me through the features of the vehicle I was interested in, as well as tagged along on the test drive. He has an abundance of patience, deep knowledge of the vehicles, and impeccable bedside manner. Even though I wasn't his only client, I often felt like I was. It was a joy to work with Bora, and I can't recommend his services enough. Faye was also a pleasure to deal with. She was transparent and easy to talk to during our negotiations. I thought she was fair and upfront with me during our negotiations, which I appreciate. At the end of the day, buying a vehicle is such an emotional process - the folks you meet and interact with through that process go a long way to affecting your perception of it, the vehicle, and the brand at large.
