My experience at Applewood Kia in Langley was wonderful because of the way Zora was able to get me a great deal on my Soul. I got the financing I wanted, a price that worked for my budget, and was able to drive home in a clean new vehicle. I love my new Kia Soul and would definately refer family and friends to Zora for their purchasing experience. When I recently had a small problem with my vehicle she was friendly and welcoming and quick to solve the matter. I went away from the dealership happy and very thankful that I had her help. She is a sweet, and caring person and dedicated to making her customers happy any cost. More

We were introduced to Salesman, Noel Morgan and found him very informative and helpful. We noticed that he didn't have a pushy attitude, just pleasant, helpful and with good suggestions. We were also offered coffee which was a nice gesture. My wife and I thought he was an excellent salesman. We also felt that the Sales Manager, Dave, was businesslike and again very pleasant to negotiate with and finalize the deal. After the car purchase we had the insurance papers dealt with and again, this insurance agent dealt with our insurance in a clear and professional manner and at no time did we feel rushed. The finance department also dealt with us in a professional manner and we were satisfied with that too! Lastly, I should also mention that the Reception area receptionist was also pleasant and nice to deal with. Always important to have a frontline person who is pleasant. Overall, the whole experience at this particular Dealership of Kia was so positive and we would definitely go there again when we need another vehicle and would recommend this Dealership to our friends and possible potential buyers. An altogether one of the most pleasant experiences of purchasing a vehicle which very often can be so stressful. There was certainly none of that at Applewood Motors. I should mention this particular dealership was recommended to us by Willowbrooke Tire, Fraser Highway. More

I was referred to Applewood Kia in Langley and to salesman Noal Morgan directly by a friend of mine.I was expecting your typical car buying experience,a greasy car salesman trying to pressure me into salesman Noal Morgan directly by a friend of mine.I was expecting your typical car buying experience,a greasy car salesman trying to pressure me into a sale. When i arrived at the dealership Noal greeted me and i told him what i was looking for. He quickly set me up on a test drive with a New Kia Sorento and explained why this would be the best vehicle for me. He seemed very knowledgeable with the product and i quickly fell in Love with it.! From that point i told him that i would like to know how much it was going to cost me a month,and how much he could get me for my car. I never imagined that i was actually going to be able to afford it.! He approached me with monthly payments that were very reasonable and the whole time he never pressured me at all... After i decided i wanted to go ahead with the sale he explained to me that my financing looked challenging and could take some time to work on.So they gave me one to drive for a few days while they got me approved and even then Noal kept in touch with me through the whole process. Thanks to Noal's hard work he got me the deal i wanted on the car that was right for me. I will be referring anyone that wants a Kia to him and to Applewood Kia in Langley. More
