All of the people I dealt with, from the receptionist to the business office where the paper work was done were absolutely great. Extremely bad customer service and communication skills. They are out for themselves. Took weeks for them to return phone calls, etc. Cancelled my deal due to unprofessionalism. This dealership is terrible. They absolutely are not looking out for there customers at all. They low balled me on my trade in vehicle so badly I had to just walk out.
