I have been shopping for a mid-size for a few months now, and I had never once considered Kia among my options. Talking to a friend at work, I decided to give the Optima a look after driving countless Accor and I had never once considered Kia among my options. Talking to a friend at work, I decided to give the Optima a look after driving countless Accords, Altimas, Camrys, and so on. I checked out the Optima and it was a beautiful car with more features and options than any other car in it's class. I decided this is the car I wanted and shopped around to several Kia dealerships to get a good deal. I met Sunny Goindi when I showed up at the Langley location. He was fair with me, straight forward and wasn't too aggressive or pushy. I am big on customer service and I got a really good offer from the location in Richmond, but I came back and spent a few extra bucks to deal with Sonny. I have spent a lot of time dealing with different salesman and I would say that Sonny is the best person I have dealt with since I've been looking for a new car. Fair, honest and easy to deal with. From the first time I met him, we talked every other day and finally wrapped up a deal and bought my brand new fully loaded Optima within a week. As a salesman and person, Sunny is a great quality guy. I fully recommend dealing with him to anyone and I will again in the future when it's time to buy my next car. More

This is my third Kia from this dealership. Zora sold me my last one over 3 years ago and when I came in she remembered my full name, I couldn't believe it. My service was good through the whole process fro my last one over 3 years ago and when I came in she remembered my full name, I couldn't believe it. My service was good through the whole process from finding a car I liked that worked for me, through to the business office writing up the deal. No pressure or BS. Also, I have brought my other cars in for servicing and have never had a bad experience.
