Don't ever buy a Platinum Shield Propak from Alberta Honda, This is a waste of money. The Propak is to check the diamond coating including rust, the scotch guarding and the undercoat, every 2 years for 5 times. More

Hi Mike, Thanks for taking my call and for your feedback. We are regretful that you feel we did not offer you the most "economical solution" to your daughters cars issue, unfortunately we can only offer a full replacement of the exhaust and not a partial fix as we have to do all repairs to factory specification as per Honda Canada. In respects to the "inspection fee" it is not uncommon for dealers to charge a diagnostic fee but only with a customers authorization which we did receive in this case. However in light of our conversation and Alberta Honda's continued commitment to exceptional customer service I would be more than happy to refund your $90 diagnostic fee.
