My brother (Maxim Muzikovski, a father of three kids, and th READ THE CASE BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH THIS BRANCH!!! This is one terrible Honda dealership! My brother (Maxim Muzikovski, a father of three kids, and the only one who worked full time before dealing with Honda) came to try and purchase a used vehicle. I was present at the time of the purchase. After all the discounts the purchase was still a tough decision to make (with the mileage of 140000km in 3 years as a dealership city shuttle, with the price tag of $25000). My brother signed the papers on Saturday, next day he changed his mind on this deal (no possession of the vehicle was taken till now), in one day, on Monday he physically came to the dealership to cancel the deal and got verbally convinced (they couldn't provide any written document) they canceled the deal withholding the deposit of $500. Despite that, my family receives a letter from the bank about the upcoming monthly payments. My brother couldn't sleep for a few nights and he also went to the dealership skipping his job waiting more than half a day to talk to Bjorn Foxford, the talk was no success, as an outcome my brother lost his job (unfortunately sometimes you're surrounded by terrible people and things will line up in an extravagant unpleasant way for you). Also, when my brother was at the dealership with the request to cancel the deal he experienced disrespectful attitude from certain people. This particular dealership LACKS HUMANITY and won't mind to trample you into the dirt!!! Save your time, health and job! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Patrick the sales manager was very rude with me over the phone and pushed me to come and pickup the car. I decide to talk with my saleperson named Mich and came to speak with him in person. When i came there Patrick came to speake with me and i feld terible the way that he was behavor.... he was sitting and lauthing in my face by saying "tell me the true why you want to cancell that deal". I told him that i dont want this van cause i want to fix my old one.... then he left and i continiu to speake with Mich. They was thinking what to do and than Mich came to me and told me that " we defenetly can do something" and start to sugest me other cars... i told him that i am not interest of other cars and he told me thait its ok you can go but the deposit of 500 bucks will stay with us and i sad thats ok fair anoth and i left..... right after that i purchase in Sherwood Honda a new car while i know that my deal with alberta honda was cancell and after 5 days that i driving a new car they called me to come pickup their used car that soposed to be cancelled. I was totally in shock when they told me that, and i've got letter from the bank that saying that my payment will start within couple days..... i came to speake with a general meneger foxford couple times and told him that Mich promise to cancell that deal but seems that the are hungry for money and they are not humman..... i was fired from my job 3 days ago thanks to alberta honda couse i was in stress and couldnt go to my work!!! Now i am stuck with two lones and without my job!!! Stay away from alberta honda!!!!! More

Buying a gently used Honda Civic EX T Started at Great West Chrysler looking at a Civic that was sold. They called Alb Honda and set me up to view a different Civic.
