Alberta Honda

I wrote a review on Google that they had deleted so I would not trust the reviews on this dealership. Bought a 2015 CRV here about six months ago. My first issue was with Ping in finance who was very pus would not trust the reviews on this dealership. Bought a 2015 CRV here about six months ago. My first issue was with Ping in finance who was very pushy and was not able to tell me what my interest rate was going to be. I now know I should have turned around right then and went to a different dealership. However I felt that I had finally found the car I had been looking for. They started calling a couple months after my purchase to lower my interest rate. Right away I wondered why my interest was abled to be lowered a couple months later when I've always had good credit and it has not changed in the past couple months. After talking to another dealership I found out that this was a tatic they use to try to get you to switch vehicles. So they screwed me over with my interest rate to get a better reserve from the bank and then thought they could try to sell me another vehicle! I have extended warranty and was told that my car had passed the Honda certified inspection. Within a few months the brakes were squeaking very badly. When I took it to the service department I was told that they are new brakes and that it is normal for them to squeak. They refused to look at them or do anything to help my situation without me paying. Regret buying here and do not reccomend the dealership or the service department to anyone. I did not have an issue with my sales guy Mitch. However, I am definitely frustrated that he insured us it has passed a very extensive inspection. More

We got excellent service from Henok from the time we walk in the shop. Why are you waste your and my time like this? "  I can't believe these unprofessional words came from a manger. Yes, Mr. W, my life is tough since sometimes there are ignorance, superciliousness, and self-righteousness people appeared in my life and show me the dark side of the world. And you are right,  I am wasting my time, I would not even answer your phone if I know this is the service attitude from Alberta Honda. However, thank you for letting me know your real face before I sign the contract since everybody knows service attitude is always the first priority. Finally, hope you will never meet a customer again in your future career, preventing them from wasting your time. More

The sorest car dealer I ever known.I took my van to The worest car dealer I ever known. I took my van to them for 1 problem which is battery drains after 24 hours if I don’t use the van. They said ok we will fix it, but meanwhile they wanted me to fix other issues. I agreed as long as they fix my major problem( battery drains). The problem they charged me 4 k and I noticed the battery is still the same. I return the van to them and they say the reason the car charger and also they ask me to fix other issues. I trusted them and pay 3 k. After few months the battery is the same, I returned the van to them and they Said just they figured out the problem which acouple of erroded wires and they charged me the service about 500. After 1 week sent my van to them and they said nothing wrong with van just change the battery. I greed and paid for the battery. I noticed that the battery still has the same problem. I returned back to them and they said that they are going to waive 1/2 labour to diagnose the problem I have to pay for any parts. The manager his name Brian was soo rude. I will never ever recommend any Honda Odessa van or recommend to fix your car at Slberta Honda. They are unprofessional. I sold odessey and I switched to TOYOTA seina van excellent customer service, more economy on gas, and very reliable on highways . More
