I bought a 2024 Honda Pilot special edition from salesman Farid Kamal. We enjoyed dealing with Farid who we called Fred. We originally put down a deposit on Sept 30/23 on a 2023 model that never arrived. So Farid Kamal. We enjoyed dealing with Farid who we called Fred. I have always taken my vehicle to AB Honda, seems though last couple of times, they've continued to find things requiring work, then keeping my vehicle an additional day etc. If work is required I understan last couple of times, they've continued to find things requiring work, then keeping my vehicle an additional day etc. If work is required I understand certain things require priority. What I find frustrating is that in checking with other Honda dealerships, qnd other auto places, there were discrepancies in prices and whether certain things required attention ie) transmission external filter, which there seems to be some confusion of whether there is one or not. That is why we go to professionals. Although all the staff were all friendly and courteous, I felt that as a consumer I had to ask questions and have my best interest in mind. I will continue with Honda as I believe it is an incredible vehicle. More
