Bad service bad service manager So today I had an appointment with Advantage Ford here in calgary, this service was for a 38000 klm oil change and service. Note that the winter tires are on rims.. I brought my truck in at 7:45 am for a 9:00 am appointment, needless to say I called at 4:15 pm to see if my truck was ready. I was then informed that it was not in yet and was also informed that they would not even ensure me that it would be done.. So needless to say my 21 year relationship with Advantage Ford in Calgary is done.. Also note that the service manager, that was still there and was told about the problem, did not even have the professionalism to come out and talk to me.. I tryed over the years to have some loyaty towards Advantage ford but I see now that I just wasted my time... More

Worst service dept and management in the city Hands down the worst service I have ever had. Truck has been in 3 times and things that were working fine are now broken. However, the worst part is the truck is now not drivable even though it was perfectly fine when it was dropped off. For weeks I have called and emailed the managers and they refuse to call me back or even email. How embarrassing...I feel bad for the sales team as the management or lack of management is surely costing them customers. My wife and I are both looking at getting new trucks this fall. Advantage has now officially lost our business and if I can help it the business of all out friends and family. More

I absolutely would not recommend this dealership to a single person in my network. Actually, I go out of my way to make sure people I know don't go through the negative experiences I have had with this single person in my network. Every time I pass this dealership it boggles my mind that they are still in business as I know others have been through similar experiences as I have. Just look at the other reviews on here. Do yourself a favour and stay far and clear from this dealership. I have gone through many poor experiences with this dealership including; multiple stolen items during a routine maintenance, a blown engine on a truck purchased 2 months prior, catching a lady grocery shopping with my vehicle and using it as an "Advantage loaner vehicle", lying, fabricating stores, and the list goes on. Seriously, take my advice and spend the time to locate a Ford dealership that is free and clear from these negative reviews. All companies in the service industry go through ups and downs, but this one is just exceptional. From the leadership of Greg Eagleson, to the Finance Department of Chris Sinclair - none of these people will care about you, or do anything to solve a negative issue they have created. Trust me. Stay away from this dealer. Went in for warranty work for wheel bearings humming, half of job was completed. When i drove away the sound of humming was still evident. I Called later in the day and booked another appointment.Showed up for more wheel bearing replacement but was told that they broke the speed sensors and that this was normal and that i would have to leave my car as they do not have parts in stock and that they dont normally stock this part. Asked if they had a hub in stock to replace the whole thing and this was met with attitude and that warranty does not cover full replacement of the hub and that warranty process is to be followed regardless of impact on customer. Explained that i needed a vehicle and that i felt that not being prepared for this and not having the proper replacement parts in stock was unprofessional as they had known about the appt for one week. Was met with attitude from general manager greg immediatley. First question feom Greg was Did you buy the vehicle here? Answered No and he stated that there is nothing that can be done to accomodate me and that I can take my vehicle to another dealership and that he would have it towed over there becuase he didnt want to deal with the problem. Have overheard service staff talk down to customers and give attitude many times over two visits. Very unprofessional dealership stay away at all costs. Do research on this dealership and save yourself the hassle. Poor attitude comes from the very poor leadership that greg provides to this group. More

They followed up with emails of personal attacks, it was like good cop bad cop. Brutal Don't waste your time Please! More
