I bought a new escape a few months ago, service was ok. The sales person was going to see if the car with the details I wanted was at another dealerships as they did not have the options I want. He did not I had to call. I just dropped the car off tonight around 8.15 for a repair as the window is not working correctly. On the web site the hours show they r opened until 9 they had all the doors locked but one and when they seen I was trying to get in none of the 6 sales persons on the floor guided me to the door which was unlocked I had to try all doors. When inside again none of the sales persons offered or asked if they could help me. I had to ask where I could drop me keys off at ,that I had an appointment at 8 tomorrow morning. Not impressed!! I think I well use other dealerships to get my services done and see if there customer services are better, as we are in the market for another new car is fall. More

I came into the dealership just to have a look and the pressure they put on me to buy was overwhelming. They offered a great value on my trade in and rushed me through the sale. Horrible problems with an Escape, many fixes was leaking tranny fluid told it was normal sweat after 5 repairs. One of the best, if not best Ford dealership in Canada. Service was as promised. Work was completed in a timely manner with no difficulties. Customer service advisor took intiative to replace part without Service was as promised. Work was completed in a timely manner with no difficulties. I had an appointment at 10 but came early and it was accommodated. waited less than what the service person said and cause of my warranty didn't pay a cent. Nicely done.
