Even if they answer the phone, after few questions they say "let me call you later" then never call back! Simply you don't get selling vibe from this dealership! More

PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE AWESOME!! AMAZING!!! and the list goes on..... From the moment, I called the dealership (at the last minute) to come in and talk about buying a Maz AWESOME!! AMAZING!!! and the list goes on..... From the moment, I called the dealership (at the last minute) to come in and talk about buying a Mazda to the moment we walked out with my new baby; I have had the most amazing experience ever! We first spoke to Jose who set us up with Jas (BEST SALES PERSON EVER!) He was funny, courteous, he listened to what we wanted, he understood us and our life style, what we wanted in a car, what we would like to have, what our budget was, most of all he was honest. Jas showed us what are options are, all the models that would fit our needs, and he was knowledgeable no matter what questions we had.He even gave us our space when he noticed we wanted to talk it out. He didn't hover around us. He picked and dropped us off for our visits as we didn't have a car and we truly appreciated it. Once we picked the car we wanted Jas set us up with Imran (THE MAGICIAN!) to go over our finance options. He not only works wonders, but he was fast and did not waste any time. He went over our options and explained each one in detail and gave us reasons why one was better than the other etc... He was extremely knowledgeable as well and taught us things we will carry on for life. He helped us get into our new baby at the same time build our credit and we truly appreciate it. Not only that he set us up with everything that we need to protect our Mazda. After signing all the papers, we got our car the next day! I thought it would be at least a week before we got a car. On delivery day, we got to meet Parveen who showed us all the things we need to know to get started with our car. She even get some of the settings done - especially the NAV chip - I would have had a hard time figuring that one out. She was AWESOME! We then got to meet Jose who went over all the final paperwork with us and gave us our first keys. Before we left we personally got handed the second set of keys by the sales manager who was a very pleasant person. His entire team is AMAZING! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS TO THE ENTIRE 401 DIXIE MAZDA TEAM! WE ARE SO EXCITED TO BE PART OF THE ZOOM ZOOM FAMILIA! More

He was super busy but got back with us in no time after which me and my wife were confident with this dealership and our sales agent. He is super-efficient, knowledgeable, and made the experience more than fun. He continues to be available for questions via text, which is remarkable. We even enjoyed the sales manager, who added a touch of good-spirit and warmth to the whole experience, even though it was late on Saturday evening and I continued to haggle. What a tiring experience, but more enjoyable because of the incredible staff. I had no idea that buying a car could be so much fun. I feel like I made some friends and hope that over the years this continues. Mr Hassan Azhar continues to check in with me to see if I have questions about the car or need anything else. Having been in the buyers market for over 3 months, I had my fair share of ambitious and misleading sales persons; however, Hassan demonstrates a genuine personality that is centred around true customer satisfaction. I bought a used mazda 3 from them.Brand new tires had been installed on this 2008 mazda.but the alignment had not been checked.two months after buying the car the front tires were worn out on the inside been installed on this 2008 mazda.but the alignment had not been checked.two months after buying the car the front tires were worn out on the inside and had tobe changed.They refused to take responsability for this,and told me that checking the alignment was not part of the ontario safety check requirement.I'm not a mechanic,but it seems to me that checking the aligment on a vehicle when installing new tires should be common practice. More
I was searching for a Mazda CX7. We have never owned a Mazda but my wife liked them andhad asked a number of Mazda owners if they liked them. All had good things to say so I was on the search. I found one at 401 Dixie for what we thought a fair price so I called to ask about it. It sounded good ( and told it was certified) so I made the 45 minute drive there. When I got there I was told the price was "not certified" and no warranty. After some long negotiating and a 45 minute argument to include a warranty I signed the purchase agreement. BIG MISTAKE. After less than 7 months it broke down big time. The turbo went which was $4500. Thankfully that was warrantied but we had to spend $2000.00 out of our own pocket ( that's another story as we took it to a local Mazda for repairs and not pleased with them either) AND its broken again, of course it's also not an inexpensive repair. I can't believe they would put a car with so many problems on their lot. Any honest company would have seen many of the problems and repaired it prior. These problems were not due to misuse. My wife drives it and only drive about 5 minutes to work. Now my wife doesn't feel safe driving to far incase something else goes on it when she has the kids in the car ( which is why we bought a néwer car in the first place cause he's was becoming unreliable. Haven't even had it a year and has needed $7000.00 in repairs and like I said its broken again More
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Friendliness got 3 but it was all fake to trap you. This dealer has NO WORKING ETHICS and consumers must be WARNED. Like some previous experience in this review. The sales person OVER PRICED by a few thousands and tried to make it looks like they're trying to give you a good deal. But in the end, they still managed to make me over paid for my Mazda by $5000. Crazy! In the actual contract the real price came out (which is much lower then their stated price) and the extra money they got from me goes to all kinds of extra charges such as Rust Protection, Tire Fob, etc which they initially confirmed with me multiple times these are standard charges and mandatory. They LIED and LIED again. It was my first stop to shop and I felt into the trap. Luckily, I felt wrong and stayed up at night investigating everything about the transaction. They're busted. I got my 24 hours right of refusing of any purchase under consumer protection law. They have no good reason to say no. So they pretend to say that all those were a misunderstanding but luckily, I remembered everything with stuff written down all over with my witness with me the whole time for 4 hours at the dealership. I was so lucky to get out of the deal on time. Lesson learned: 1. DO NOT BUY anything here. SCAM ALERT!!!! 2. CANNOT TRUST any sales people. They LIE all the time. KNOW YOUR STUFF. Research online. 3. If it's "TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE", there's a trap. If the investment is over $500, TAKE YOUR TIME TO DECIDE. 4. Especially buying a car, the deal once given, it will be there for you. There's NO RUSH, NO PRESSURE unless it's a SCAM. 5. If not written down in the contract, it's not valid. So make sure anything is important to you, make sure you see that in the contract. 6. DO NOT SIGN anything that you don't read, especially a purchase agreement given to you buy the sales rep. It's their contract, not standard so they can write whatever "fine print" and distract you to get you sign. They always try to gain your trust and screw you over. My experience at this place was horrendous. However, I was lucky to get out on time. Please be smarter than me and don't shop here. More

Is it because I paid the money already, bad experience buying a very first car of my life..:) More
