I had been researching a used vehicle since August 2012, and KIA Rio5 offered the most value in my ideal car. I checked the rating for 401 Dixie and was please with what I had read so I walked into the deal and KIA Rio5 offered the most value in my ideal car. He was very friendly and open to hear what I was exactly looking for in a vehicle. I liked the fact he was very casual in his appearance and was confident but not overbearing. He had lead me to two vehicles I had researched and suggested I check the vehicles over thoroughly and see which one I preferred. I definietely preferred the Rio5. Keivan handled the administration and referred me to Melissa for financing. I was approved immediately and returned the next evening to meet with Keivan to finialize the deal. I was very please with his presentation of the vehicle and reviewed its accesories with me in detail. Though his shift ended at 5pm, he was pleased to stay later to ensure I was comfortable with the car and did all checks and plate installation with me present. When I called Keivan regarding one concern I had regarding my new purchase, he offered to handle the matter and called me back with a solution. He was very professional. I would definietely recommend Keivan at 401 Dixie Mississauga to anyone including my own clients who are looking for a vehicle. Service was outstanding and my opinions mattered. I've been coming to this dealership since it opened. And each time I visit, I'm treated with respect and courteous. Not to mention the sense of humour that goes around from the moment I walk in. Deb is to precious for words. We always laugh and talk about everything and anything. She really cares about how I'm doing and just as importantly, how happy I may or may not be with the car. She always takes care of my concerns. Thanks to her, I always feel that I am driving away with a really good car for a reasonable price. Sunil is a real pleasure as well. He took care of me with the final paper work and worked around my forgetfulness (not bringing a VOID cheque and the spare set of keys to my old cary). I was able to drop these 2 items off the next morning without any hassle. Oh...and Sunil faxed a copy of my new ownership to my Insurance company without. This was upon his offer. I usually end up teaching THEM a thing or 2, but not in this case Anthony defiantly knew what he was talking about and was extremely reasonable when it came to buying time.
