Also Will in your service dept was so helpful and quick to help with the little issue i had with the car. The dealership was able to give me what I felt was more than fair for my 2010 Honda Civic but they also gave me a Fantastic price on my new 2012 Kia Optima! This was the first dealership that we visited, and with the service we received by both Debbie Sguigna and Robert McFarlane, it was very easy for us to make our decision. They were attentive to our needs, and answered all of our questions. We called Robert several times in a short period of time and he always very helpful and patient, and never made us feel like we were bothering him. We also never felt rushed. Melissa who helped us with our financing was also fantastic. This was truly a fantastic experience and we are so pleased with our new vehicle. We have already recommended Kia to my mother who is shopping for a new vehichle, and will most certainly be visiting the KIA Dealership at Dixie/401. Traded in my 2010 Soul 2u Denim for a 2013 Soul 4u Molten. There was some confusion regarding delivery/installation of the accessories that were to be included (Keiven thought they'd be delivered/inst Molten. I'd been getting my 2010 Soul 2u serviced here for over a year, so I was already happy with their quality of work, friendliness of staff (especially parts guy Jermaine! Awesome customer service from him!) I'm sure they'll do a great job on my new Soul too. More
I went to 401 Dixie Kia for service on my Kia Rondo, I walked in and a young gentleman with smile (Mr. Sunil Singh) came to ask me what he can do to help me. I showed him the little programs with my car (paint issues) and asked him what he can do. He checked the two spots and went into speak to the technician and came back quickly. He told me that he need to bring my car inside for 5 minutes and get it done. I knew the service technicians are busy, ( I have to make a appointment to do my oil changes) and have some doubt whether he can get it done in 5 minutes. After I gave my key to him, in less than 5 minutes, he got the two spot fixed, I was amazing job done by the service Mr. Sunil Singh and the technician. I am 100 percent satisfied. Thank you very much Mr Sunil Singh and the team in 401 Dixie Kia. I will recommend your outstanding service to all my friend. Wanhong Deng More
