2015 Sorento LX V6 experince We had been looking for a new vehicle to replace our aging minivan. We had test drove a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and Subaru Forester. Since we had previously rented a Kia Sorento while on vacation in Calgary last year, we decided to take a look at a new Sorento. There are 2 Kia dealerships in my area, but we ended up going 401 Dixie Kia. We arrived at 7 pm, looked around the showroom and Marcus acknowledged us soon after. We took a test drive and came back to talk about a deal. It was a very pleasant process and there was never any pressure on us. We felt very comfortable negotiating with the tag team of Marcus and Chris. We had struck a deal by 8:45pm. They even offered us a good deal on our old vehicle. Melissa finished the paper work. They all stayed late because they close at 9pm. On the day we picked up the vehicle, we were given a tour of the dealership, and introduced to the staff in parts and service departments. We had a great experience at the dealership. Go see Marcus. Sorry, only gave 4 stars on price because we always want a better price, but we're happy. More

Above and beyond Just a brief note to let you know that I have been to 4 Kia dealers. I went to a dealer in Malton, Brampton Kia and Queensway Kia. Finally I found Just a brief note to let you know that I have been to 4 Kia dealers. I went to a dealer in Malton, Brampton Kia and Queensway Kia. Finally I found 401 Kia and have been going there for over a year. I will not go anywhere else. I actually got to meet Katie and Eric and they are a sweet couple who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work wherever they are needed. The one thing that really hit me today when I was there, was when Katie walked into the Service Area and the 2 employees behind the desk both immediately smiled and said hello to her. That to me showed that she is liked by her staff and they are not intimidated or nervous around her. Really made an impact on me and I pointed out to her what I noticed. The staff always go out of their way to help me. They could give your dealers lessons on how to treat staff and customers. Just wanted you to know you now have a satisfied customer thanks to them. He was so great and easy to work with that when we needed a second vehicle, I knew I would be going straight back to Amit to see what we can work out. We are going on a mat leave so we wanted to keep the second payment as low as possible. Amit gave us a great deal and he definitely makes the process of buying a car, which can be a little intimidating at times, very effortless and comfortable. It was an extreme pleasure to work with him. The entire staff at 401 Dixie Kia are very friendly and everyone seems to help each other and support one another which creates a great atmosphere. I would recommend Amit and 401 Dixie Kia to everyone that would like to get a great car for a great price from a great and reliable place that will also care for your concerns even after the car has been purchased.
