I feel at this point is best if you do try a different store as well as my staff has told me that you have been quite abusive to them when you have been in and I strongly feel that no staff at any location needs to feel abused by any customer. Abusive is a harsh word! Angry absolutely, you sat there today and ignored me like I was nothing; pretending not to be the owner. You dealership has gone downhill tremendously since the switch in ownership and that is really sad considering it was never a good dealership to begin with. My husband and I have owned Kia's since 2005 and have never ever been treated this way. The service manager is the only one who knows anything about customer service, and Ian telling me over and over again he he is new doesn't mean anything to me, that is your issue having a brand new employee dealing with customer when he doesn't know what he is doing. Properly train him. You yourself lied to me on the phone while I had four people sitting in the car listening to the conversation, when I told them today that you sat there acting like you had no idea who I was they couldn't believe to.. I will gladly take my business elsewhere as at this point I have no trust in your dealership. The body shop scratched the moulding along the window, there is black tar or something all on my windshield and the plastic moulding piece that snaps on between the roof on the inside and the side panels are bent out of shape and I even had to snap one back in. If your dealer had any sense of a good job, my car would have been checked after it returned from the body shop, but seeing as you have no idea what is happening there, it doesn't surprise me at all that my car sat there without even one member of your service team going to look and see what sort of job was done. This alone speaks volumes as to the state of your dealership. Of course if I complain to you guys about if, you'll pass the blame onto someone different as you always do. The fact that you had to reply to this rather than call to see how you can make it right, is very telling of you personally, which will be the downfall of this dealership.
