He was so great and easy to work with that when we needed a second vehicle, I knew I would be going straight back to Amit to see what we can work out. We are going on a mat leave so we wanted to keep the second payment as low as possible. Amit gave us a great deal and he definitely makes the process of buying a car, which can be a little intimidating at times, very effortless and comfortable. It was an extreme pleasure to work with him. The entire staff at 401 Dixie Kia are very friendly and everyone seems to help each other and support one another which creates a great atmosphere. I would recommend Amit and 401 Dixie Kia to everyone that would like to get a great car for a great price from a great and reliable place that will also care for your concerns even after the car has been purchased. I received a quote I was ho I originally visited 401 Dixie Kia due to really bad reviews about, and a not-great experience with, my local dealership. I received a quote I was hoping to beat. Although I ended up returning to my local dealership due to price point (being a student, cost is number one), I must say I was incredibly impressed with the personal, professional service I received at 401 Dixie. Far, my salesperson, worked extremely hard for 4 HOURS trying to find ways to push the price lower for me, bringing in managers Sky and Robert for assistance, clarification and ideas. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and took a lot of initiative making sure my needs were met before I even thought of asking for anything (e.g. water, coffee). The rest of the team were the same. While the staff appear to enjoy working at the location and with each other, high quality professionalism is maintained at all times. I very nearly ended up buying a quality used car here instead of the new car I was set on purchasing because I felt well taken-care of and I wanted to reward them for all their time, work and service. At any rate, I bought my new Kia elsewhere and I am loving it. I am hoping to stop by for service here in the future as I hear very good things about their service department and I would love to bring my business here when possible.
