Exactly as I suspected the email you have for me is incorrect so before you go ahead accusing people of not getting back to you I suggest in the future you confirm you have the right contact information. I don't appreciate you accusing me of something I didn't do especially when it was clearly your error.

In regard to emailing you for the second issue which is the engine I did not bother as I emailed Nav Gill Nov 17th at 12.31, Nov 18th at 4.04pm, Nov 19th 5.51pm, I emailed you both and copied Nav thurs Nov 19th 11.25, Fri nov 20th 12.03am and 5.07pm again Sat Nov 21st 2.38, regarding your show room promising things to make a sale and not following through, Nav fobbed me off for a week and had no car at the end of the week, then tried to sell me a new car with a dent and dealt with that terribly, I have all the emails saved. I left you numerous messages with your staff to call me or email me back. Not once did either of you call or email to rectify the situation or put the customer at ease which is why I did not even bother to deal with you when now my new car has engine problems and your staff left me for 2 days with no car having to cancel my work and children activities even though the engine is covered by the warranty. I will not be servicing my kia at your showroom again. If you would like to see the emails I can post them for you.

If you actually read my response you would realize I have not emailed you regarding my recent engine trouble as you never responded to any of my emails or phone calls in November 2015 when I had problems with your staff and dealership so I did not bother contacting you again I went straight to kia Canada. Here is one of my many emails to both of you in November. I believe your email address is correct. Thu 2015-11-19, 11:25 PM or knaughton@401dixiekia.com (elevitt@401dixie.com) ? Hello Katie, Eric, On Sunday November 11th I agreed to purchase a 2015 Kia Soul in black or red depending on availability. I was assured I would receive a phone call on Monday November 9th to inform me whether a red or black 2015 Kia soul was located for purchase. I rang the show room Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, no one once bothered to call or email me back. I became concerned as my lease on my VW would run out shortly. In the evening of Wednesday November 11th I came into the show room to find out I had no vehicle. I was informed the black and red were not available, terrible customer service no one kept the customer informed at any point. We then decided on a higher model and went with the white and agreed on a price for metal rims for my winter tires. Again I was in the show room for well over an hour as your sales manager never finishes with one customer, he constantly asks me to wait while he gets the information and I then find he has moved onto helping another customer and again I am put in the wait area and have to ask the receptionist multiple times to call the sales manager back as he has not actually finished with this customer. I have come into your showroom 4 times and this has happened every time, each time I have had to spend well over an hour in your showroom, most of the time is in the waiting area waiting for the sales manager as he leaves one customer mid sale telling them he will be back in 5 minutes while he then moves onto try and close sales with others, this is terrible business practice, very cowboy like methods of sales. This is not the way to retain customers or get referrals so in the long run you lose out on more business. I actually dread coming into your showroom as you cannot account for how much time you will need to be there. I had to cancel my Girl Guide meeting this Wednesday as it took nearly two hours to pick up my new car. Most of this time was again spent in the waiting room with my children. Yet it has only taken me 10 minutes to complete my drop off or pick up at VW consistently over the last 10 years, they never keep customers waiting around ever, they have immaculate customer service. This Wednesday I arrived to pick up my new Kia and there was a dent in the back passenger side door, also the price of the metal rims had gone up drastically, the sales manager claimed the size had changed, I had clearly stated the size when we agreed on a price. It is very bad business to quote one price and then change it when the customer has come into pick up the item. Eventually after waiting another 40 minutes I purchased the rims at the original agreed price. It is very bad business to promise things and then going back on your word and then not accept any responsibility for the mistake. Everyone makes mistakes, it is human nature but it is how you handle and move forward from mistakes that defines your business. I do not have much faith in Kia; sales staff will obviously say anything to close a sale and then go back on their word when you return. I am very disappointed as every time I have had to come into the show room I have to wait around for over an hour once I have started speaking with the sales manager. I was told Nav the sales manager would contact me at 2.00pm today to schedule the dent to be fixed tomorrow or Monday and have my snow tires put on rims and onto the new car, also to let me know the outcome of having the $399.00 inspection fee removed as no one actually inspected the car, if they had they would have noticed the dent. It is now 6.00pm and still no phone call. Again I am going to have to ring up every day or keep coming into get this fixed. As a customer I am unlikely to endorse or recommend your showroom, your staff waste too much customer time. I have also dealt with Mr McFarlane and Mr. Singh; they have kept me informed and kept their word. Please can you deal with this. Sincerely Surinder Romany

they are the emails your own staff provided, I personally left voice messages and messages with your staff, your team were copied on the email, your sales manager contacted me and said you had asked him to deal with it, its convenient to not get messages when its bad news.

Not sure why you are posting stuff like this when clearly its not true and you yourself refuse to contact us back on several attempts to get in contact with you. Emailed and rang me once after I reported you to Kia Canada, you cannot harass customers with false information to try and make yourselves look better when you get a bad review. I will deal with Kia Canada as you only try and contact customers once you have been reported which is bad management. Thank you.
