New Car - New Experience I told my contact Jordan, this would probably be the easiest sale he would ever do. I had done my research, knew what I wanted job done. I still had questions and Jordan ensured that each one was answered fully. An ever changing pick up date was accommodated and the lease process was great. On the day of pick up, Jordan should not have been at the dealership, but he was, and he did the handover, apparently not something he usually does, but he was my contact and he did a great job going over the vehicle controls. Then....... Before I left the dealership, it was noticed the engine coolant was leaking, not impressed by that BUT, who could have foreseen that happening? It should have been maybe! It happened, what surprised me is the swift manner in which the issue was resolved. Like a well oiled cog, my car was in the workshop, it was investigated and the faulty part replaced within an hour. proving things do not always go as planned, but its how it is dealt with that matters and the dealership came through with speed to get the issue resolved. All were apologetic, Jordan had to run an errand, but maintained contact with me throughout by text and returned to the dealership to ensure it was resolved More
