Outstanding Staff !!! Due to unforeseen circumstances we were not able to qualify for the 2016 Tuscon that we had our sights set on. Where most dealers would not take care of you after, except to show you the front door, Max and Jordan went out of their way to help us get a previously used 2011 Santa Fe that is in excellent shape and at an outstanding price which is a much better fit to our budget. They both went above and beyond their duties and Ben was very professional and efficient with the number crunching. While we were there, we met Cheyenne who is in service with a lovely warm personality as is Andrea the receptionist. We look forward to seeing them again when we bring the vehicle in for its regular servicing. Overall this is the least stressful car purchase that we have ever made and it was a pleasure to do business with this dealership. We would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Amazing experience!!! When I walked into the dealership that day, I was not expecting to purchase a new vehicle. I initially test drove the Elantra & Elantra GT and thought okay, maybe our family can make this work. But by the end of the night, we went completely in a different direction with the 2016 Santa Fe XL. And boy were were happy with that decision! Violet and Greg were absolutely fantastic! They made what could've been a very stressful situation for me, very quick, painless and actually very enjoyable. Excellent experience I just purchased my very first car! It was the Hyundai Elantra. I was set to purchase one originally but the particular model that Maria showed me was I just purchased my very first car! It was the Hyundai Elantra. I was set to purchase one originally but the particular model that Maria showed me was beyond my expectations! They only had 2 left of these in their lot and it was screaming my name! I loved it right away. This has so many amazing features I never thought I wanted. Maria, my sales advisor was wonderful. She was so thorough and really made this experience calming and stress free. The finance manager was also great! He really helped with making sure everything, including all the financial paperwork went smoothly. Service like no other! I decided to try 401-Dixie Hyundai for servicing on my Sonata because it's 5 minutes from the office. It's been just over 2 years and I've been loyal ever since then. I'll soon be starting a new job out east but I will still book my maintenance appointments here. Anna, Cameron, Mitch, and Cheyenne always greet you by your name and with a smile. They keep you informed and work with you to make your maintenance experience an excellent and affordable one. If you're waiting for your vehicle, they always provide regular updates. Since moving to the GTA from Montreal, I've tried other dealerships. I just never got the same enthusiasm and service I get from the 401-Dixie team. More
