I had a pre-booked appointment at 401 Dixie Hyundai's service center, but upon arrival, the lack of a welcoming atmosphere was evident. Instead of being acknowledged or guided upon entering, I had to take the initiative to reach out to an advisor myself. This initial experience already set a disappointing tone for the rest of my visit.Moreover, the actual service provided furthered my concerns. Despite being recommended specific tasks, I later discovered discrepancies. For instance, after being assured that the washer fluid and coolant fluid levels had been topped up, I found upon checking that this was not the case.Additionally, there's a lingering doubt about the genuineness of the services rendered. For tasks like engine oil replacement, customers are left with no means to verify the work post-service. This lack of transparency raises questions about the reliability of their maintenance procedures.To conclude, my experience with 401 Dixie Hyundai's service center was marked by both procedural lapses and authenticity concerns. Such oversights make it challenging for me to consider returning or recommending their services in the future. More
The maintainence service is terrible! !!!! My car today - 25 December 2023 - can not be operated due to the broken belt ( I can not remember the name of the belt) - the belt should be chec !!!!
