This dealership could not fix everything that I wanted. They did not have the part’s that I needed. I am not sure if that was their fault. They treated me very well They did not have the part’s that I needed. I am not sure if that was their fault. They treated me very well More
Go to any other Hyundai dealer. I’ve never had such a bad experience at a dealership. I dropped my car off for a recall on Nov 25. I got my car back on Dec 20th.They didn’t follow up with me about anything, I always had to call to get an update about what was going on and it was difficult to get ahead a hold of anyone. Originally I was told my car would be ready in a couple days, then a week and then I was told it would take a month for the parts to come in and they had no idea when my car would be ready. It took over a month to get my car back due to their own recall and they weren’t apologetic about it. They also refused to give me a rental after keeping my car for a month. Literally go anywhere else. I only started getting updates about my car once I got head office involved. I understand things being out of your control but at least communicate with the customer and do not make the customer feel like a burden for asking for updates about the car. I would never go back to this dealership. More
Very bad experience couple of times with the service. Services are often delayed, and you are lucky if you can reach the service advisers to get the status. You can not also expect to get a call back if Services are often delayed, and you are lucky if you can reach the service advisers to get the status. You can not also expect to get a call back if you leave the message. Once at the dealership for the service, advisors can not accommodate any change request if you need the shuttle or would prefer to wait at the dealership for the service job. There is no guarantee that your vehicle will be safe if you leave it for service. In case of any minor damage or problem occurred while the vehicle is at the dealership for service, they will not take the ownership. You are on your own to get such issues/damages fixed at extra cost. In case of any concerns, service manager is not even helpful. Instead of service oriented, he is rude to talk to he is like doing you a favor just talking to you. More
