As much as we try to please everyone day in and day out, we know that it's an impossible task and there will always be 1 person unsatisfied. We are very sorry for the problems you are encountering with your vehicle. As much as we want to ensure every service customer is well taken care of, dealerships do not have any jurisdiction in Hyundai Canada Corporate and we can only work within the scope they allow us to. After careful analysis of the problem, we have successfully submitted part of your issues to Hyundai for warranty repair, however Hyundai rejected the second claim based on a few factors I do not wish to disclose publicly. We do apologize, we did try very hard but it was out of our hands. We will continue to service your vehicle in the future, and will provide you with the best possible attention and service we have to offer for future needs.
