Very poor service and costumer service, I am not sure how I can describe the poor costumer service I got from the day I purchased the car to the 3 month later that the front camera that Mercedese designed in I can describe the poor costumer service I got from the day I purchased the car to the 3 month later that the front camera that Mercedese designed in a very front of car and being hit by anything cracked easily and the warranty person simply told me "Yes we don't take responsibility" I highly not recommend them as at all. This being my third purchase you would be right to assume that while I’m very satisfied with the Mercedes brand, I’m very satisfied with my experiences and interactions with Lone Stare staff. I don’t believe positive experiences are unique to me and I’m by no means their wealthiest client. It’s not my job to convince you to buy a Mercedes… that’s theirs. As for Lone Star staff, I really appreciate them. Sales, business team, service, and parts. First class team. A sign of a great team and culture is staff tenure… ask around, you’ll learn that many have been there for 5 years or more. Luc is retiring in a month after 18 years or more of service. I’ve been continually frustrated by being charged an exorbitant price to “top up” my windshield washer fluid when I take my Sprinter in for service so I filled up my windshield washer fluid before I too exorbitant price to “top up” my windshield washer fluid when I take my Sprinter in for service so I filled up my windshield washer fluid before I took it in and lo and behold - there is a $4.95 charge on my bill for topping it up. When I told the representative when I was picking up my van, she gave me a look of either I’m lying or she could care less. So if I can’t trust them to be honest about windshield washer fluid it makes it pretty tough to trust them on any repairs to my vehicle. Shame on you Lone Star. More
