Lonesstar is the same snake waiting to bite when they got a chances. I brougjt 3 mercedes from them the third one they shown their snake like crocs. We recently purchased a car, the treatment was not welcoming, they would not let us test drive the car, we had to place a 5K deposit, the only person that was informative was Tylor the sales person, t welcoming, they would not let us test drive the car, we had to place a 5K deposit, the only person that was informative was Tylor the sales person, the first finance man was not friendly at all he did not care if we bought the car or not, told us they would call us to come pick up the car, no phone call, I cannot why a prestige place like Mercedes could not make you feel more welcomed, since we were purchasing our first Mercedes ever, I would never recommend this place to no one. At least Toyota and Honda treat you like your some one. If it was not for my son wanting a Mercedes I would neve have gone to this place. I would recommend to go to a different dealership. if I had to give a star it would be 0 More
Waste of time. They have no respect for customers and are very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with them if you are residing in other provinces. They don’t know anything about the sale and transportation regulations and are not coordinated with each other. After several hours of spending time with their salesperson and sending and receiving hundreds of email and text, their boss broke the deal as he did not have any idea how to send the purchased vehicle to the customer and receive their trade. They don’t have any relationship with other Mercedes dealers in Canada and are limited to do business in their neighbourhood only. Sorry for trusting them from the onset. I had a nice experience with Carter Cadillac in Calgary before and thought they will provide the same smooth selling services. They are a joke! Spend your money somewhere else who respects their customers and time. More

Very poor service and costumer service, I am not sure how I can describe the poor costumer service I got from the day I purchased the car to the 3 month later that the front camera that Mercedese designed in I can describe the poor costumer service I got from the day I purchased the car to the 3 month later that the front camera that Mercedese designed in a very front of car and being hit by anything cracked easily and the warranty person simply told me "Yes we don't take responsibility" I highly not recommend them as at all. I’m on my 3rd consecutive vehicle purchase from Luc Konicki at Lone Star Mercedes. My first time purchasing a Mercedes was in November 2015. While I considered other brands, I really liked everything a Konicki at Lone Star Mercedes. My first time purchasing a Mercedes was in November 2015. While I considered other brands, I really liked everything about Mercedes; comfort, performance, and fun. This being my third purchase you would be right to assume that while I’m very satisfied with the Mercedes brand, I’m very satisfied with my experiences and interactions with Lone Stare staff. I don’t believe positive experiences are unique to me and I’m by no means their wealthiest client. It’s not my job to convince you to buy a Mercedes… that’s theirs. As for Lone Star staff, I really appreciate them. Sales, business team, service, and parts. First class team. A sign of a great team and culture is staff tenure… ask around, you’ll learn that many have been there for 5 years or more. Luc is retiring in a month after 18 years or more of service. He’s a great guy and I wish him well. I’ll have to buy him lunch. Yes, I’m a real customer. No, I’m not a bot. More
