My husband and I are effective consumers: we had streamlined our options, did our research, and had a budget. It was only a matter of finding the right person to sell us the car. As soon as we sat down with Mitch, we knew were making a deal. An avid owner of a Toyota make himself, Mitch is an expert in the function and features of the new Corolla. We appreciated that he spoke highly of Toyota, and refrained from vilifying other car makers. He is polite, pleasant, and has great customer orientation. Not once did we feel pressured to add a product/service we cared little for. Buying a car from Mitch was the swiftest, painless, most straightforward transaction we’ve ever made. Awesome experience at Whitby Toyota I walked into Whitby Toyota with a pretty good idea of what I was going to purchase after 4 months of vehicle research. Greeted immediately by the ama I walked into Whitby Toyota with a pretty good idea of what I was going to purchase after 4 months of vehicle research. Greeted immediately by the amazing Rashid who helped me get a better, newer and spacious vehicle than I had imagined and that was still under manufacturer warranty!! I had sooo many questions and concerns and he helped me fantastically. The whole staff treated my family and I like royalty, attending to our needs and making us feel welcome and like family. When I picked up my vehicle, Rashid was patient to explain all the little details and how to work all the new vehicle features that I was not accustomed to as my previous vehicle was old. More
