Friendly and Amazing Staff I love the friendlyness and how enthusiastic the staff members are. The only thing is the long wait times. Good but Dave sold me my brand new Mitsubishi RVR. They didn’t have anymore stock of what I wanted and so they had to get it from a different branch. Upon insp Dave sold me my brand new Mitsubishi RVR. They didn’t have anymore stock of what I wanted and so they had to get it from a different branch. Upon inspection, saw few dents which they fixed in a matter of days which was great but there was a little confusion with the scheduling. They also have my contact information for a touch up pen which I still haven’t received. When it came time for my first oil change, I called to book an appointment before hand for a 4pm appointment. I was in the area a few hours before and thought to check and see if I could change the appointment for 2pm instead since I’m nearby. They have said no problem. I waited until almost 5pm to get my car serviced. They did give me an option if I would like to get dropped off anywhere but since I was told an hour to an hour and a half wait, I didn’t see the point of leaving. Overall, they’re good, I can see that they are trying. They need to hire better car detailers and maybe do something about the service area. It seems like there’s only 1 staff at the front for the service area and if there were more team work, paperwork would be done More
