Very professional and friendly service, I feel like they cared about me not about just to sell something to me. These vultures ripped my brother off by over charging him over 7K for a 2009 Outlander. Right from the beginning the car salesman knew nothing about the products he was selling. I had multiply issues while trying to purchase the car. I ended up dealing with someone else in the same dealershi about the products he was selling. I had multiply issues while trying to purchase the car. I ended up dealing with someone else in the same dealership. Next my 2011 lancer would not connect with my iPod or iPhone via USB. I brought it into the service department and was told they could not resolve the issue as it was an apple issue. I explained I knew they were lying because I had done my research before hand. I knew the dealership had to do a software update but was told this is unheard of and that they would not do anything for me. I went to the general manager who admitted he did not know much about the vehicles and was unable to help me. I went to the Ontario Motor Vehicle Issue Coucil and had someone from there contact the dealership. The next day I received a message from Evan explaining they had just found a solution to my problem and i had to bring in my car to have the software updated. All of this took about 3 weeks in total when they could of provided better customer service. Instead they cost me time and money. I would never recommend this dealership or Mitsubishi in general. Like most car dealerships - this one is operated by crook-minded staff. Will do anything and everything to get your money. After money is pocketed - it's none of their business. Bumper to bumper warranty they gave turned out to be only covering safety - why not call it safety warranty or something? Supplied very little information about car's service record. Failed to clean the car. Instead of somehow making you feel better tried to act like this is all normal and you're imagining. You would think that Mitsubishi dealership selling a Mitsubishi would take care of you (like Walmart would even if you bought $5 item) but this is not the case... Having said that - Mitsubishi is an awesome car and I highly recommend. The dealership is probably not owned by Mitsubishi itself but i think that it would be much more beneficial to them if they took care of customers in a same way every other business in Canada takes care of theirs (goes for all dealerships) More
