Great Experience Picked up our 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander this evening, having purchased a Spyder Convertible, a Galant, and 2 other Outlanders in past years. We are a Picked up our 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander this evening, having purchased a Spyder Convertible, a Galant, and 2 other Outlanders in past years. We are always warmly welcomed when we go in for service. The sales staff go out of their way to make your time there enjoyable and stress free. Ahmed, Moe, and Kevin are very professional and welcoming, and all have a good sense of humour. They take their time to ensure that all of your questions are answered clearly before moving forward. After many years of dealing with Dixie Mitsubishi, we have never had a problem, and hope to do so for many more years. Thanks to all for another great purchase. Mary & Gene More

I Wanted to purchase a vehicle in a hurry, was able to get the paper work and financing done very fast. The staffs are excellent, from the managers to the product advisers. Very friendly. The entire experience at Dixie Mitsubishi was too good to be true. I went all the way from Milton and am grateful to have found them, I will continue to come back to them for all my future needs. I didn't feel pressured at all to make a purchase. In the end I got a really good deal. I'm very happy about the level of service and patience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car! My special thanks to Mo, Kevin and Chris. I am so happy with my purchase!!! More
wanted to buy a new outlander and trade in my maxima I came in hoping to buy a car from them and trade in my old car but after 45 minutes of waiting for the appraisal of my car the price that they offere I came in hoping to buy a car from them and trade in my old car but after 45 minutes of waiting for the appraisal of my car the price that they offered for it was a joke and a slap in the face I walked out. When the sales person explained why the price for my car was so low he said that they have to include a $2000 advertisement on my car! The car is worth $3500 and they need to spend $2000 to sell it? I'm not 5 years old. I would never come to that place and would suggest for everyone to stay away from that dealer. I am going to buy a Mitsubishi but not at 401 and dixie. More
WEASELS!!! Bait and switch on a used car purchase Wasted three hours ! Test drove a car, went through long drawn out negotiations - with WRITTEN paperwork with prices going back and forth - and final Wasted three hours ! Test drove a car, went through long drawn out negotiations - with WRITTEN paperwork with prices going back and forth - and finally "bought" the car. Horns went off. Shook hands. Everybody came over and congratulated us. Then we go to sit with the Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Manager to fill out the paper work and he tells us - with a straight face - he made a mistake and priced the wrong car. He tells us this with a straight face. Then says if we still want the car we "bought" it would actually cost us another $3,000. They called the so called General Manager in and he couldn't wipe the smirk off his face while he was supposedly "apologizing". Weasels. Avoid these jokers. More
SERVICE SUCKS BIG TIME. DONT BE TRAPPED. I bought my Mitsubishi Outlander XLS from DIXIE MITSUBISHI Salesman Cyrus was very friendly and promised a lot of add-on, Tire and key replacement, r I bought my Mitsubishi Outlander XLS from DIXIE MITSUBISHI Salesman Cyrus was very friendly and promised a lot of add-on, Tire and key replacement, rust protection, winter tire storage etc. They always give you the bi-weekly payment amount so it looks small but upon totaling it does not add-up correctly. ALWAYS review details/breakdown of the charges (on the yellow sheet) because they add hidden charges that looks necessary but actually isn't, mine added up to $2,500, and after reviewing got completely removed. They will always look for ways they can squeeze out more money from you, remember a $10 difference in your bi-weekly payment is equal to $1300 on a 5-yr term. BTW, Cyrus gone a year later (probably fired). His brother (Craig) became the manager at that dealership, but not for long (probably got fired too). Current Manager Fabian also do not give a xxxx about feedbacks and complaints. Bad experience #1. Winter of that year came, they convinced me to buy winter tires from them which included storage and some kind of insurance. So they stored my all-season tires and installed my winter tires. The tire cover was not installed properly and it flew off hit another car while I was in the highway 401/Dixie ramp. Mitsubishi was not willing to give me a replacement, all they did was "talk to the technician".. summer came, they will charge me for tire storage. FYI: Canadian tire offers 25% off winter tires, installs your tires for free every season. They will charge you $50 for re-programming the TPMS. 9 out of 10 times, this is not necessary, but if the TPMS is not detected by the car, it's their responsibility to fix it without your expense. after all everything is OEM. Bad experience #2 External lock push button stuck on the "pressed" position, has to be replaced with a $65 part, quotation they gave me amounted to $350 excluding labor, they said it's a defect I caused, not covered by warranty. Brought it to another dealership (Brampton) did it for me for free after making some calls to the main Mitsubishi office. Bad experience #3 Dropped one of my FAST key in a sewer. Luckily i have key replacement. They said they key costs $600, but they replaced the key for free, but charged me $250 for reprogramming it to the car... later I realized blank key costs $150, dealership don't charge for reprogramming. BE CAREFUL WITH PROMISES MADE BY MANAGERS and SALES REP. Employees including managers at this location always change... in the span of 5yrs, I dealt with 3 managers and non of them honor the promise made by previous manager. The guy at the Service desk is a hustler, he's been there for a while, I think no one wants to take his position. he will xxxxx a simple service but comes back with a lot of other "necessary" service otherwise it will void the car's warranty. At Dixie Mitsubishi everything is nice, happy and colorful during the sales talk, the nightmare starts on your first service. If you are planning to buy a Mitsubishi, go to Erin mills or Brampton instead. More

Typical dealership service, pushy, unreliable, expensive I stopped coming here a few years ago, and then recently returned for service. After the last visit, I was immediately reminded of why I stopped comin I stopped coming here a few years ago, and then recently returned for service. After the last visit, I was immediately reminded of why I stopped coming to this dealer for service. You can bring your vehicle in for one problem but after they're done with their diagnosis, you'll usually have several more issues that they will find. They will then push heavily that you have it done immediately, will go so far as to tell you it's a "safety issue" and you better get it done quickly. I had a major servicing done on the vehicle and then a few days later after maybe driving the car a total of 20 km, the check-engine light came on. Brought the vehicle back in, my issue was resolved to the tune of over $1000. Drove off, and then sure enough, about a week later the engine light came on again. Thinking it must surely be a glitch, I found out from the service dept. that it's another safety issue, cost of over another $1000. Well, then again, the check-engine light came on, maybe 200 km later. Did not bring it back, took it to another place and have had no issues since. They will push you and gouge you. One customer when I was there had his vehicle hit while it was in their parking lot overnight. He complained about it, but they brushed him off saying they have no responsibility if he left his car overnight on their lot. It was the attitude that she delivered the news to this gentleman that struck a chord with me. Their was no sympathy at all. Anyway, save your money and go elsewhere. Sales must be slow at this place because their service department is surely trying to pick up the slack by fixing what I think are made up "safety issues". More
Great Attitude, Service, and Pricing - Happy Return Customer We just purchased our 2nd Mitsu, and are return customers to Dixie Mitsubishi. With our new RVR being the 8th car we've purchased in the last 15 year We just purchased our 2nd Mitsu, and are return customers to Dixie Mitsubishi. With our new RVR being the 8th car we've purchased in the last 15 years, I can say that this most recent experience has been one of the best so far. We've bought in the past from VW, Chrysler, and Chevrolet dealers from across the GTA. Dixie Mitsubishi has stood apart from the others in several ways. 1. Product - obviously this matters the most, you should buy what you feel meets your needs. We have had no complaints so far with the Mitsubishi products, finding them solid, stylish, and of high value for your money. 2. Pricing - I hate haggling. Some love it, others of us do not enjoy the back and forth. Craig is respectful of this, and goes out of his way to ensure his dealership is competitive and fair. He is very transparent, polite, and not aggressive in his approach. Our experiences with Craig and his sales force have always felt friendly and relaxed but most especially fair. 3. Attitude - we have never felt pressured into a purchase at Dixie Mitsubishi. Unlike other local Mitsubishi dealers (we shopped around to be certain we were getting a good deal, due diligence is important as a consumer), Dixie has been informative about their products and clear in their pricing ~ but most importantly, this all comes with professionalism, and not pressure! Another local dealer took our license and credit card before they'd even talk about pricing, and were cagey about returning our documents when we wanted to walk out! This type of practice has happened to us in more than one dealership, but never at Dixie Mitsubishi. Hani was our salesperson, and he was thorough and professional. Never pushy and extremely attentive to our questions and needs, Hani sets the bar for other sales professionals in this field. We were highly satisfied with his help throughout our most recent vehicle purchase. 4. Service - we have returned to this location for basic service such as oil changes and tire storage. With a warranty that is as solid as Mitsubishi's, and reputation for solid vehicles, we've so far not needed any other work. Evan and Michelle in service are always accommodating and helpful, and again, it has been a pleasure to return here even for the small basic services. Overall - Dixie Mitsubishi works hard and uses a team approach to meet your needs. I'd highly recommend giving them a look, you won't regret it! More
