I have had many luxury vehicles and patronized many dealerships and I can say I have been at none better than Lexus of Edmonton. My hats off to the management, from another manager to another, I know how much work it takes to have your whole team working together to provide a great experience is huge. Always Lexus quality experience I brought my 2000 GS400 in to change-over winter for summer tires. The service was quick, courteous and done right. The price was competitive, and even more-so as I was given a loaner vehicle (which was spotless and did NOT have dealership advertising on the side). My car was ready on time, washed and vacuumed. Lee Moore (service advisor) also noted some maintenance items to consider, specifically fluid changes, but did not try to 'upsell' me. I received top-level service and keep in mind, there are many dealers who refuse to work on cars older than 10-years, mine is 18 years-old! At Lexus of Edmonton I get the Lexus quality of service that has been the hallmark of Lexus since they were established, so kudos to them for maintaining the standard. More

He truly cared and listened to everything I needed, didn't try and up-sell me unnecessarily, was blatantly honest and up-front with me even when there was a chance I wouldn't like what he was going to say, and was knowledgeable about his products! His passion showed and it was evident that he was there to help me and get me into the vehicle of my dreams.
