They were straight forward and honest about the fact that I needed front brakes done within next 8000 Kms. Also that rear brakes should be good for another year? My ES 350 has approx. 225,000 km on and runs like new because of them (it also comes back clean every time). The prices are resonable on my limited budget as staff allow me to arrange my maintenace to align with my budget. The employees treat me with respect and Lee, Gary and the parts team are particularly impressive. The loaners are appreciated and I'll never turn down the coffee and cinnamon buns as I run out the door. More

Terrible service and pushy people Absolutely terrible experience at Lexus of edmonton when dealing with their parts department, Mohamed the parts manager is extremely pushy and has qui Absolutely terrible experience at Lexus of edmonton when dealing with their parts department, Mohamed the parts manager is extremely pushy and has quite frequently changed prices I was quoted simply due to the fact that he wants to fatten his pockets. At one point he directly told me “I’ll give you a price right now but right now only”. Prices should be the same regardless of if I’m buying on Tuesday or Friday. He also demanded for my credit card number in order to secure this supposedly “amazing price” he had given me. I do not appreciate being pressured into a sale whatsoever. Long story short I have since moved my business to south point Lexus and they even beat the original deal which Mohamed was offering. Lexus south point has An amazing team who provides loaner vehicles to customers and sticks to their word on pricing. More
