"Against my better judgement due to a horrible experience with their mini cooper service, because of proximity I scheduled our 2017 330i for (post)pre-purchase inspection. I needed it done on a Saturday as we needed the car M-F. Brought it in as scheduled 830AM. Told the guy how important a thorough inspection was as we just purchased it and wanted to know it was in good shape. My last words to him was I am very loyal, if you take care of me I will be a customer for life. 5pm rolls around and no messages at all from service. I call in and found out the car was NEVER ASSIGNED to a technician. Horrible! Wasted a whole day there and absolutely nothing was done to the car. Falls right in line with the terrible service from the mini dept (same team!). I really hoped for better as this is close to home. Do not waste your time here. (Mini didn't find anything wrong during our prepurchase then one week later it was discovered to be out of coolant and had a bad battery) next mini charges us 2.4k to replace a part that didn't even fix an engine code problem, the part wasnt even related to the code and the light remained on). Just don't do it."
